My photo
I'm married to my best friend, who happens to be a police officer and an amazing Handy Man, and together we have adopted 3 beautiful girls out of Foster Care. I'm enjoying the path God has sent us down. It's an extraordinary path of Infertility, Foster Care and Adoption. It hasn't always been easy, but at each milestone we look back and know it has always been worth it!

Adoption Party

After the dedication and lunch at Cracker Barrel we came home and finished last minute preparations for our Adoption Party later that evening. It was an amazing afternoon of celebrating our new family.
We had a little over 60 of our family and friends come celebrate with us! We felt so honored and humbled!

Here are some of the decorations:

And a few snapshots (I'll try to post some more in a bit):

Children's Dedication

Our church does an amazing Baby Dedication Ceremony. They do it every 3 months and this time it happened to fall the month of our adoption. We signed up immediately and couldn't wait to get to ask God's blessing on our family and dedicate our daughters to Him and His Kingdom.

I will have a DVD of the dedication in a few weeks and will post it as soon as possible.

For now, here's a few pics:

After church we went to Cracker Barrel with our family:

Adoption Day

This day was a miracle. We had waited 7 years for it to get here. Our journey toward growing our family took us down the path of Foster Care and eventually to adoption. The journey was long and tiresome, but looking back I see God's Hand all over it. He has given us a beautiful family. I wouldn't change a thing!

We arrived at the Court House bright and early. Daddy gave Hannah a bouquet of flowers.
She LOVED them and wouldn't put them down!
